Langdale Ford hosted a “Drive One for your school” event this past Saturday.
The company is set to donate $20 for every test drive to the Valdosta High Marchin’ Cats or the Lowndes High School Georgia Bridgemen. The test driver had the option of which school the donation went to. Since 2007, Ford has raised more than $5 million for extracurricular activities across the country.
“We always do it around the Winnersville Classic which has been a great tradition for many years,” said Mark Howell, the Langdale Ford sales manager. “We do a little friendly competition between Lowndes and Valdosta. We’re fans of both schools and we look to support both schools.”
