Arrowhead Car Company, a used car dealership in Dallas, Pennsylvania has been shut down and the owner and a salesperson have been banned from ever being involved with a motor vehicle sales business in Pennsylvania again.
The state Attorney General’s Office reported Arrowhead Car Company Incorporated, which was located on Route 415 in Dallas and State Route 309 in Dallas Township, failed to properly transfer titles on at least 160 vehicles sold over a period of several years.
Nearly $18,000 in unpaid title transfer fees have been recovered through a surety bond dealerships are required to post with PennDOT.
It is believed that all affected consumers have been contacted and PennDOT is working to complete and deliver the titles.
