A Delaware state trooper crashed on Route 40 after experiencing a medical emergency, a police spokesman report.
According to witnesses, the trooper’s cruiser went airborne, struck several vehicles and landed in the lot at Williams Chevrolet in Elkton. The trooper was treated and released from Christiana Hospital. The trooper’s name has not been released.
