Police are reporting an employee of Dick Milham Ford dealership wrote and cashed nine unauthorized company checks to herself. Jill C. Wald, 31, of Coaldale, was arraigned last week on charges of forgery and theft from the Ford dealership.
Colonial Regional police said the checks were written over a period of several months. Police did not say how much the checks totaled. Wald was charged with nine counts each of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property. She was arraigned and released on $10,000 bail.
